"I have my homeowners policy along with my five vehicles insured with them. I’ve been a client of the local office here in Glenville for about two years. Their pricing is fantastic, but their communication skills are severely lacking. It seems to me that they are chronically understaffed. That being said, the ladies in the office are always very friendly. Two weeks in a row, I’ve called and left voice messages to try and correct State Farm’s mistake. Nobody will call me back. Now, I’ve got a cancellation notice due to their mistake, because they will not respond to their clients needs. I’ve got no problem with State Farm in general, but I would recommend choosing a different agent. This office here in Glenville is not reliable."
